“This boutique is by far the best at Halcyon!!! I was at this location as well on 4/26 at approx 3:00pm and despite the other review...I had an exceptional experience. I was shopping with my mom and the young girl greeted us immediately upon entry and asked us what we were up to for the day. She even suggested options for dining since my mom and I were planning to eat dinner at Halcyon. I tried on multiple dresses and the associate offered me a fitting room with the FIRST item I picked up and also added a fun pair of earrings she thought would look great with the dress! It was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences because the associate really took care of us and was personable without being pushy. It saddens me the other reviews wrote such bad things because I am here writing one on how amazing my mom and I thought the store was. DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! If I could give this 10+ stars I would. Cant wait to go back and see the new arrivals!”

“I ordered three items two of which are custom made when they are ordered. I did note the disclaimer on the site that orders aren’t shipped for at least 9-14 days after the order is placed I honestly didn’t pay much attention to anything else that may have been a notice or disclaimer. I received the email order confirmation and was really excited so I called on day 14 to see about an order update. The lady I spoke with was very kind and told me that even tho their boutique is local to me the collegiate items ship from out of state and explained the process to me. She took my information and quickly called me back with details in regards to my order. One of the shirts I ordered was on back order and she gave me 3 solutions and allowed me to choose. Yes the shipping is slow but they state that on their site. Every issue was addressed and rectified. I think their level of customer service is fair and adequate. However I will say improvement on inventory accuracy and updates can be made. Also I didn’t receive any shipping notification but they were very quick in response to my shipping inquiry. I can’t as of yet comment on quality as my order is due to arrive today.”

Charisse (the owner) assisted me in piecing together an entire ensemble with hat, shirt-jacket, pants and earrings.
