Robert teaches the Sunday morning class at 9:00. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve been to his class but, I came away feeling completely stretched, lighter and at peace. The funny thing is, I didn’t realize this until a couple of hours after the class, it was that much of a smooth transition and it stayed me throughout the whole day. “EDIT: The issue has been resolved. Although, I’d like to state that I did reach out via email regarding the situation as instructed but did not receive a return response. This location is NICE! The ladies that work the morning shift through the week are super nice and communicate/acknowledge everyone. The gym is clean and the patrons are friendly. So you’re wondering why the 3 stars? This boils down to the male employee cleaning the women’s locker room and management not correcting the issue when it was brought up by several female patrons. He is scheduled by management to clean the women’s locker room during peak hours for women to get ready for work. He does not announce his arrival in the locker room and surprised a women coming out of the shower and when asked to leave the locker room for dressing he states “I’ll just stay around the corner in the bathroom area.” He refuses to leave and management’s response is that’s when he’s scheduled to clean. Corporate needs to step in for correction and education.”

“My daughter has been taking classes with Master Kim for almost a year and a half. We are very impressed with her. My daughter was 4 years old when she started and has loved it ever since. My daughter was a little shy and I believe Master Kim has helped her have more confidence in herself. Master Kim is very knowledgeable and fun. She teaches you discipline and really focuses on teaching the kids proper form all while making it fun also. A huge plus is that the kids are learning some Korean words also. Overall, we are extremely happy and pleased that we found Master Kim.”

“Just turned 50 and I while I was strong (had been working out for years with weights and using fitness tapes), I started to be more sore, having difficulty bouncing back, etc. Suzy was recommended to me and I'm so glad she was. She helped me identify what I was doing "wrong", e.g., holding my body incorrectly, using weights incorrectly, stressing my knees unnecessarily, etc. Who knew? The stuff that doesn't bother you at 20 feels lousy at 50! She mixes Pliates with conventional weights to suit my needs, body type, and weak areas--like my knees. She even identified the source of much of my knee pain--knots in my legs above my knees. By rolling that area my knees are 75% better and I am going t the chiropractor far less. I know this sounds crazy but it's true. I am in far better shape now than in my 30's, not as sore, and I am far stronger than ever. I highly recommend her.”
