“Ernesto came out on a Saturday to do a carpet repair in our living room and carpet stretching in our master bedroom. Our dog tore up 3 different areas in our living room and Ernesto made it look good as new. We will be having him back in a couple weekends to stretch our carpet in our large basement and to clean the carpets in our entire house. We highly recommend based on his work so far and do not expect any issues going forward.”

But the young man I believe was the manager ADAM!!!!wanted to argue with me up and down telling me my food was fresh. So I pull out the triple cheeseburger and the cheese was cold, they basically threw the food in a bag any kind. The service was rude and unkind.”

“Outstanding experience! Being new home-owners, we were not sure if our air ducts were dirty so we requested the Green Team to help us with that and provide a quote for the carpet cleaning as well. They were quick to respond and came on time as per the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, they were able to quickly estimate that our vents and carpets were clean and did not require any further cleaning. We were amazed at their ethics and professionalism when they could have easily charged us $$ without us ever knowing. Would recommend them 100% and will definitely use them in future when we actually do need the cleaning :-)”

He was very professional, and he took the time necessary to scrub the carpets without rushing through it. I have a 89 year old friend in a memory care facility and wanted to have his hearing aid ends changed. I left and decided to come back later. Apparently the customer told him what I wanted. Gage came out to my car and told me to come back inside. I left them with him for an hour or so and he fixed them without charge and my friend hadn’t even purchased them there! He was a previous customer, though. Was very pleased with his service and thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!”
