“Great place for the family. Lots of open space to do whatever. Too bad Sussex doesn’t care about conservation, the park used to but up against 300 acres of forest. But they put a subdivision back there.”

“Nice smooth paved path in first part gravel or grass later on, very nice place. I came in late fall and really loved it here. Once you get farther in or it's the river is high you can't hear the cars for the water. It's a lovely long easy walk with benches placed around a few places. No shade or cover from wind in a lot of parts so dress appropriately.”

“From East Boulevard, the garden has a broad paved walkway leading to a large piazza with a fountain and a balustrade overlooking the Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. The front of the piazza is a backdrop to the amphitheater accessed by a pair of spiral stairs. The front facing the Parkway and Parkgate Ave. has bas-relief heads of Giotto, Michelangelo and Petrarca on the left and Giuseppe Verdi, Leonardo da Vinci and Guglielmo Marconi on the right. Entering the garden, before the piazza, there is a statue of Dante Alighieri to the left. He is seated, with a book and holding a pen. On the base in the front is a quote from the Heaven section of the Divine Comedy. On Dante's right is a quote from Hell and on his left a quote from Purgatory. Sadly the small statues that must have decorated the small alcoves in the base have disappeared. This section of the garden also has a rock from Monte Grappa that memorializes the Ohio soldiers who fell on Italian soil during the First World War. To the right as you enter is a bust of the poet Virgil.”

“Rode the dirt bike track with my son today, it was a lot of fun, I could tell it was worked on some since the last time I was there, It could use a little groming, but for a small track, it has a variety of turns hills curves jumps etc. Makes for a great, exciting, exhilarating, day of riding. Recomended, has restrooms, park benches and plenty of parking for trailers, as well.”

“A great place to stretch your legs and enjoy nature. After a day of conferencing, this is just what the doctor ordered. The trail is close to the lodge but feels surprisingly isolated. Good for enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. If you go at dusk during summer, look out for the glow of fireflies.”

“Very quiet, beautiful view of the valley/cattle field. The owner was most accommodating for anything needed for our stay. I’d give it 6 stars if available! Hard pipe sewage available/50 amp hook up & good pressure well water. 4 sites available”

Address: Red Bank, NJ 07701, USA
“Amazing little park on the west side of Red Bank. Significant tree cover and whimsical pathways that cross through. I love the mural on the side of the building adjacent to the park. There's often live music there (especially jazz being "Johnny Jazz Park"). There's a waterbottle filling station which I use frequently when biking through the area. Every community should have a park/parks like this!”

“I had a great visit today to view my tree at Better Place Forest in Marine on St Croix,Mn. I was met at the visitor station by Tori who offered me water & mosquito spray before we took a ride in a very comfortable safe vehicle through the forest on marked paths down toward the lake. Using the new maps that are available & coordinates we located my tree.Such a beautiful maple with a great canopy. I had a very nice experience today. I’m very happy with my choice of final resting places.”
Address: 425 Olde Ridenour Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230, USA
“Very open and spacious, there is a soccer field which I think is a perfect spot to bring a dog or energetic children. If you want to even jog around the field and pop in some earbuds and focus on your workout, this is a great place to do so because it's quiet, it's a safe area, there is usually a light traffic passing through as well.”

Address: 5913 S 18th Ave, West Bend, WI 53095, USA
“Excellent park! Very well kept, typically has water bowls around for the dogs. Has been clean most of the time I've been there with a few exceptions, and is very affordable at 25 for the year. Small dog and large dog area. Large dog area has some nice trails.”

“Large clean area of paths surrounded by tall grasses. My smallish dog had a good time. It's much better than another park we went to in Anchorage.”
Address: 6901 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL 33611, USA
“I love this park. I love that they have a pond which does have an alligator so beware. But it's a very nice path around the pond which is always clean. This is a very clean park. They do have other sides of the park which has two dog parks. They have I believe two baseball fields. So for people who like to play baseball and things. Otherwise it's a very nice path to walk to run and to bike and bring your dog. On the path itself doesn't have a lot of shade. But off the path there are a lot of trees with a lot of shade. If you're going to bring your dog to walk on the hot pavement please bring them water. Or at least bring them to the shaded dog park. There are also exercise stations. Check your local listings at times there are events at the park. Also what I really love about this park is that they have a lot of dragonflies. And you may be wondering why that is such a huge deal. Well it's amazing because they eat all the mosquitoes. And as many times as I have been to the park I have not gotten bitten by a mosquito. I love dragonflies. Great for sunrise and sunset walking/running.”

“Nice park with beautiful view. Lots of restaurants around. Nice walk around the park and the city. Parking is the only thing I hate (limited to 3 hours) And no built Restrooms”

“Great park for walking as 3 laps around the park is a mile. Many people use it for exercise and everyone seems considerate of others. Smaller playground area. Picnic tables by the parking area and by the playground. Good to let your kid run around and get rid of energy.”

Address: N Fork Rd, North Fork, CA 93643, USA
“Very nice tucked away camp ground fairly easy to get too and a short drive from Clovis. The gate is only open from dawn to dusk though so keep that in mind when coming here. This is a managed Campground also with a administrator on site who was friendly but not overly strict like other site admins have been in the past. Dave I think his name was. Me and a few friends stayed here for 3 nights during the week and we were the only people here the entire time which was great. Really enjoyed the lake and scenery. For us it was 30$ a day for the group because we had 3 cars with the site being I think 20$ a night Lots to do nearby also with hiking and another smaller lake up in the hills nearby which gives amazing views of the lake itself! Not much firewood available on the ground as the place is well kept so make sure to plan ahead and bring your own firewood otherwise you'll be mostly stuck with damp rotting wood haha”

“Wonderful trial!”
Address: 47 US Hwy 158 Business E, Gatesville, NC 27938, USA
“This is one of the best state parks we’ve stayed at in North Carolina. Very private with large sites and nice, clean bathrooms with hot showers. The family campground is not at the visitor center. We checked in at visitor center and they gave us directions to campground. They also have firewood for sale at the visitor center so if you want wood buy it while you’re there. We will be back to this campground.”
Address: 2418-2428 Brookforest Rd, Midlothian, VA 23112, USA
“Cute little playground. There are no parking spaces, you have to hug the road. Looks like it's well taken care of, the benches and picnic tables all have a new wood there is a barbecue stand. There is a trail that goes off from the playgrounds. Not sure if it's official, there were no Trail markers”
