“A relaxing place to spend some quality time with family or friends. This is one of the easier Three Rivers Park reserve campsites to get to. The only thing that could be updated is the bathrooms. Even in the day time they're dark. I wish they had a skylight or bigger windows to let more light in until the solar ones kick on.”

“I have had the pleasure watching the collection grow since 2005. The Conservatory is open Tuesday through Sunday. A wonderful treasure for anyone interested in learning about plants! There are four rooms open to the public, the Atrium, tropical room, horticulture room, and the desert room.”

“Overall quite a great park. Tons of shade here with several large trees surrounding the park. There is a pretty new playground there. There's also a soccer and baseball field. There is a picnic shelter there and lots of parking space with barbeque grill. There's also a portable restroom. Typically not very busy here!”

“What a hidden gem this place is. It seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but has so much to offer. Would be a great place to spend the day with your kids.”

“Very nice campground! A gem of city parks. We were in site 40 on the waterfront with W/E. We enjoyed watching all the birds and playful squirrels. Our site was somewhat level, but did require some blocks, but that’s what we carry them for! Camp hosts very friendly and helpful. Huge bundles of firewood at five dollars each. Staff leaves the office at 5:30 so it’s best to arrive prior to that. They do list reservations on the door when closed, but you don’t get the code to get out of the gate that closes at eight. Bathrooms are modern and fairly nice, with plenty of warm water, but they could’ve been a little cleaner. We felt very safe. We will stop back through. .”

“Pretty nice park with ample parking and great views of the mountains around with clear water to see the lake bed. You'll enjoy the view here. Definitely worth visiting and seems a fun place to come back in the summers.”

“Our new favorite spot! If you want quiet, real quiet, away from it all with full hookups and well groomed grounds this is your place. It’s not fancy, no playgrounds, splash pads or other amenities just a basic, clean, quiet park. Most of the back section is full timers but the front seems to have more short term visitors and it is near the beautiful pond area that has benches and swings around the perimeter. The owner is super helpful and took us to our site but offered us an open shaded one on the way which we took. He helped us back in, whipped out a tape measure to ensure our slides would clear the hookups and offered a water hose if ours didn’t reach (it did but recommend 50’ of water hose at some sites). There is no traffic, no kids or adults racing around on golf carts with music and lights and the ducks are nice! We asked about a restaurant and were guided to a tiny little place about 2 miles away where pretty much everything is fried (we had catfish, fried pork chops, fried jalapeños) and it was tasty. If you want to get away from it all and feel like it, this is the place. We already made two more reservations!”

“It was absolutely beautiful!! It was my 1st time out kayaking, I went out alone but it was great because I could go at my own pace! I have a huge fear of dark and/or deep water ( like 5'+ ... I know....kinda sad 😂) and this place is perfect because it has both shallow ( training ) water and open to the big bay. I got to know my new kayak and figure out paddling and how to calm when about to panic. The mangrove tunnels are close by to the launch and there are many people around so a solo person doesn't feel that lonely; yet far enough away for some peace and quiet. Bathroom is close by to the launch and parking; and probably my favorite thing there is a hose to wash off your vessel. .....really my favorite favorite part.....seeing kids out way farther than myself (with adults course); it gave me a bit more courage to keep going thinking if they are ok I might be ok too.”

“Great park in Lancaster. There are many things to do. All in a beautiful setting. The trails are well maintained and range from mild to difficult. Along the trails you can see fascinating rock formations. For fishing there is Lake Loretta and the smaller Twin Lakes. There are also shelter houses, a cabin, covered bridge, a lodge that you can rent out, nature center, plenty of parking, lots of open green space and permanent restrooms. I didn't see any playground equipment.”

“Thank you Cheryl and Bobby for being such wonderful hosts and making it the best family reunion experience for us! We were very impressed by both the cabins and campsites we had the opportunity to stay at. They we all clean and well taken care of. We also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, stocked fishing pond, adorable donkeys, and beautiful views of the lake. We couldn't ask for a better family reunion and will definitely be back!”

“This rental and host was rated as a super host, I booked on Airbnb, I've never used Airbnb previously. From the moment I booked out stay the host reached out with the most inviting hello, giving ideas of things to do in town, answering any questions. Seth made our stay feel like we were at home. This rental is beautifully crafted with unique decorations, plenty of sleeping space/linens. A full kitchen and coffee bar, a relaxing backyard/patio for a night sitting by the fire pit making s'mores. The owners went above and beyond in the details and amenities they provide. It was a great stay, I would definitely book here again. Oh and the view of trees/mountains all around the home is breathtaking! Thanks!”

“Clean Campground and RV hookups. My parents came up and stayed a week and they're 41 ft RV with a tow behind and had no problem parking. They got a miniature golf course for the kids a water park in the summertime with fountains and splash stuff to play with but no slides. Staff was friendly and Lake taboo is just down the street for a peaceful day fishing.”

“This IS my favorite place to visit! Clear Lake is a 10 in my eyes! This is a great place for families! Sandbar completely surrounding the island with quiet a long walk before it drops off. By far best fishing experience I’ve had in a long time! Fish right at the drop off! I would recommend this place any day!”
