“I rented an RV space for 3 nights for my niece and 3 kids who were on a road trip passing through my area. I toured the campground before booking and couldn't believe how cool and innovative some of the rental options were, all tucked away in a pleasant wooded area. Ours had a little deck right off the camper with benches and lighting for a private outdoor sitting area. Others options were way more elaborate. My niece and her kids LOVED it! The kids had a big playground space, and there was also an indoor "gaming" area that was great for rainy day activities. Bathrooms and showers were close by and very well maintained and clean. Everyone we encountered there were super friendly and helpful. Great experience all around!”

“Meghan and Camille are always so welcoming everytime I stop in on my way to garden valley. They're really friendly and helpful. They've both gone out of their way for me to help find items in the store. I always look forward to seeing their faces when I stop in. Great customer service!!”

“A really awesome place to walk around and enjoy the beauty of nature. They have some amazing plants and flowers and buildings. We did not go into the gift shop because they still require mask wearing. We went in the middle of the day on Sunday. It was not crowded at all.”

“Love pitching a tent here for the weekend with the kids. The trails are awesome, water is awesome, so much beauty in a park. The only drawback is the rocks in the water at the beach. Other than that we always have a great time here”

“Interesting site. I am always surprised to find stone ruins in the US. I suppose the various TV shows/movies focus on Native Americans in tents and settlers in wooden structures. This was a large sophisticated Pueblo with some of the buildings 4 stores high. The church was a fine size and it will be interesting to compare it to other Pueblo churches which are still intact. Great tour from the ranger.”

“Such a park is essential to live well and live vibrantly in a city. The autumn leaves, cloaking the park in sparking, kaleidoscopic tones of red and orange, offer a thrilling and vital contrast to the solemn majesty of the slightly decayed brownstones that line the park. Even if you do not spend much time in this park, its existence is essential to the pattern and basic cohesion of the city. This is a storied park, adorned with statues and ancient groves, a place where one can sit in the shade and feel the weight of ages past, not as a burden or responsibility, but as a soft blanket providing relief from the gruff, chaotically vibrating this institute of a strange and uncertain world. Come to this park if you're in Albany and spend a moment being wrapped in its soft, undulating, and bucolic comfort.”

“this is a lovely park in the center of Louisville, designed for Community gatherings. there is a band shell, two playgrounds, and a walking path around it. I enjoy the free concerts, outdoor movie nights, and fireworks displays on the 4th of July that are held here.”

“One of the things about West Bend is all the parks we have access to. I can ride my bike for 10 minutes and get to so many of them. I have been coming to Ziegler Park for 14 years with my kids. They love it here and always ask to go. So happy to have places like this!!?”

“This spot is great for a quick off road fix only 5 bucks to get in with my bronco and just kick up some dirt for an hr or two. My only complaint is that this site is a little small but still a fun weekend activity. Also I came at 6:15 and the park was closed the hours say till 7pm but the sign at the park says closes at 6pm just something to be aware of”

“This is a wonderful, mid-sized desert-suburban park, right at the edge of some preserved state land, and adjacent to the East Wing trailhead, a gorgeous, 2.4 mile round-trip hike. The western edge of the park empties out onto state land, with mostly flat, dirt trails. Very scenic. The playground isn't giant, but it's nice. No swings, though. There is a restroom, basketball courts, and a multi-purpose field. The parking lot is pretty narrow. Overall, a beautiful park , especially if you want a more natural setting for exploration and free play.”

“Very pretty area. We did just short of 8 miles during our visit. Ran into some deer and did some geocaching. It was fairly empty but we did see a few other people, it was chilly during our visit. The trails were mostly paved, some of the smaller ones were not but were still clearly visible. Mostly pretty flat so a decent easy walk.”

“Pretty spot and a fun ride and it's free!! Like actually free. The trails are all really twisty and it could use a few more straight downhills with a few jumps, but are semi technical, and good for an intermediate rider. I had a really hard time getting airborne at all on these trails, would've liked a few more opportunities to fly... All in all a great place to spend an hour and get in a little fun..”

“It may be because it was cold out even though it's May 9th, but there was no one there which allowed the dog I was watching to run and play. The grass had been cut recently, it was clean throughout the park. There are the normal things for the kids to play on. Just a very nice little park.”

“Great campground, nice clean pool, lots of fun activities for the kids. The activities come at little bit of a premium price vs state park camping but it can be a nice change of pace and the kids love it. Everyone working there we dealt with was super nice and friendly. Teenage staff were wonderful with the kids. Our young kids (all under 10) enjoyed the playground, pool, and seeing Yogi Bear around the campsite.”

“This is really close to my home so I have been here many times. It's a great historical site and well maintained. The site is not well advertised and a bit hidden for the general public so large crowds are never a problem. Ample parking and easy to navigate walking trail, no bikes allowed on the trails so they aren't torn up. The observation deck was rebuilt a couple of years ago and I good condition.”
