“Beautiful and fairly intimate, small, quiet park with gorgeous views of the Cascade Mountains and Lake Washington. Most people use it as an off leash area just for their dogs...it's not! No toys, just a few statues so there are less kids running around, playing and screaming and laughing. Nice place to sit and read or write in or just enjoy the sun/weather. ****disclosure**** The back "wall/border" of the park is nothing but sun ripened blackberry bushes galore! So it's a beautiful, tranquil Park and tasty too!!!!😉😎💙💚”

“Great place to launch. If you go north from here to the lake, download a map to your phone. There are a lot of twist and turns and no cell coverage - so download a map ahead of time. It is an easy stroll up to the lake. Lots of dead ends if you do not have a map. I personally saw the biggest gator I have ever seen with my own eyes on a river bank. Definitely worth your time if you like observing wildlife. If you plan on going South past Clark Rd. Check in with the Rangers because you will need a permit if you plan on heading past Clark Rd to the Gator Hole.”

“My daughter calls this the American ninja warrior park. Great for a huge range of ages, since they have two playground right next to each other for young and older kids. My daughter's 9 now and she loved it. We met a 10 and 11 year old and they were having a blast. Check my images. The playground has loads of cables to climb on, funky seats to rest in, a rock wall, slides, and other obstacles It even had an adult excersie area near the kids playground. Great for active kids and adults. The kids playground was half in the sun and half shaded by trees. So great for hot or cool days. The park itself is very nice. There was a baseball game going on in the baseball field and a family was under a permanent shaded structure having a birthday party. Lots of grass and areas to relax.”

“Small and quaint. Cute playground area with rock climbing and swings. Only one baby swing, though. I'm here on 5/13/22 and the water isn't on. Even the water fountain isn't working. I'm thinking the water will come on Memorial Day? I'm hoping so.”

“Great clean dog park with nice tables, benches and shading. Also plenty of toys left around to keep dogs busy. During the weekdays not many dogs and owners go there but in the evenings and weekends it gets busier. Sadly no water fountain for the dogs or humans so bring your own with you.”
Address: 2110 Stella Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, USA
“I love this park!!! As Colorado Springs continues to grow, every park with hiking trails feels overcrowded regardless of what time you go to the park. I typically go to Fox Run earlyish in the morning, before 9:00am. It never feels crowded, I can always find a parking spot, and when I do cross paths with other people, they are friendly and say good morning.”

“Parks complement each other well and I like that each is shaded depending on the time of the day. The North Park is nice and cool in the evening while the sun is setting because the woods casts a shadow on the park. In the morning the South Park is nice and cool in the morning. Turf grass for soccer and football is in excellent condition and maintained very well.”
