“Gorgeous park once you get to the top. It isn't maintained but that is how a nature preserve is suppose to be. Once on top the views are breathtaking and incredible. Great praire and woods to explore. Definitely a well hidden gem. I just found it and have been living in the area for years. A well worth trip to spend a day or even a half of a day.”

“The city has killed off most the squirrels in the park. The squirrels are making a comeback because they’ve eaten all the poison and the traps haven’t been refilled. Thank goodness because I let my dogs off leash here to chase those squirrels. Are there people experiencing homelessness hanging around here? Yes but what can we do but accept their presence.”

“Beautiful place to relax. I love how clean the water is. The place is well maintained, no trash around. They have kayaking activities and boating as well. The sand is beautiful. They also have tables set up and bbq for families to enjoy. The entrance is only $6 per car. There’s also have a river/lake where visitors kayak and boat.”

Mike met us on arrival and escorted us to our site. “Chuck” was so sweet and caring. You are lucky to have him on staff. We had a fire ant problem and he came right over! “Small neighborhood park not far from some reasonably well used roads. Features a multiplatform playground, water foundation, benches, and spring riders. The tire swing is a bit higher off the ground than normal, but usable. A single picnic table leads to a semi shaded walking loop. Plenty of shade from the nearby trees.”

“5-stars across the board there is something for everyone. They had about 13 models that were top notch, the grand opening reveal was better than I would have thought. I have looked at alot of homes the past 2 months and nobody can put a home together the way Toll Brothers does. I am an attention to detail person, they do not cut corners. Because they have 13 models you will find one you like. The grand opening party was really well done with food trucks, snacks, music act was very good and I dont even like live music.”
