“Gracious and friendly folks. You will not regret a visit. We spent a few days in early October 2016 when the breeze was a bit chilly. However the trees and structures around the pool blocked the wind thus providing a glorious sun bathing time. The friendly people made Laguna Del Sol a place we will unquestionably return to soon. We were welcomed into their homes like longtime friends. Hot tube and poolside conversations made us feel at home. Early October brought out the flies- they were everywhere- which was our only complaint but not a fault of the resort. Our park model that was clean, well-stocked for cooking and close to all the resort amenities. We had most meals in the restaurant. The food was delicious with portions large enough to share. The restaurant features a full bar. The huge property has a nature trail to the Cosumnes River which wasn’t flowing at the time but had many pools of water to splash around in. A highlight was the Saturday night dance where the music pulled you to the dance floor. It was a sad moment watching Laguna Del Sol fade in the rear-view mirror.”

“Its a nice little park just on the the other side or the sound barrier wall on Going St. Thdres a walkover bridge that goes over going from the Overlook side. A nice park to kids and dogs for a walk not a lot of traffic racing up and down the street. A peaceful park.”

“Came here for disc golf. It's a fun, small, 9 hole course. A good mix of short and long holes. It looks to be brand new and the trees are very small. I think this course will become more fun and challenging once the trees grow out. Whoever scored this course is a sadist because there are some 500+ ft holes that are scored as a par 2. Save your sanity and use the scoring on uDisc. It's much more fair.”

“How lucky are we to live here and have access to this? what I think is the greatest aspect of the park, is that it has so many things to do incluiding museums, parks, horses, gardens, children's areas, etc. In short, it's not just a park.”

“You'll see that this beautiful reservation nestled in the woods and hills of N. Olmsted has some of the most gorgeous views of the Rocky River. People go to hike, site see, fish, and just stop in to get some fresh air. Climb those 137 stairs to get your heart pumping and follow the trails that are nicely laid out. The wetlands are home to many animals that you'll spot. Normally the nature center is open to the public and we miss it. My kids love the balcony, bird watching with binoculars, the giant tree stump playhouse, the puppets, checkers, taxidermy animals, gift shop, live aquatic animals and the prehistoric fish and turtle shell for the photo ops. It's fun for everyone.”

“Nice small park tucked away at the end of a subdivision. Always clean and well maintained. It is a bit smaller and has a small swing set as well. There is also a small track to walk around while keeping an eye on the kids.”

“Wonderful space, the park is known as the smallest park in Nashville. Many people call this place home and are usually very friendly. It's a safe space for your dogs and to watch nature. In the fall this place looks cozy and calm. Very picturesque.”

“A great park that isn't quite as busy as some with well marked trails and a variety of things to see including the river overlook, bamboo forest, and old home foundations. A nice mixture of flat and hilly, woods and riverside. No restrooms or water but plenty of trash/recycle bins at parking lot. Lot can get full on nice days/weekends.”

“A "green" place where they hold market days, concerts and sometimes both at the same time. It's actually all astro turf so it's green all year, it certainly helps keep markets mud free but like today theres no true way to anchor tents and many are blowing away. Otherwise off times it's a nice place to enjoy a meal or some ice cream from Kilwins.”

“Awesome place with lots of rare flora and fauna. I feel the need to remind people that it is a nature preserve and it’s only intended goal is to preserve nature. Walking trails are secondary to the overall goal of Kitty Todd. The trails all have markers and there are maps at the front near the gazebo. The trails are maintained more than well enough for walking through”
