“We paid $50 for Benjamin Franklin to show up late and tell us that we needed an entire re-piping and a septic pump. The septic guy said our tank was fine, so we got a second opinion on the piping. We called Kellie and their guys showed up about 30 minutes after hanging up. They fixed the clog in less than 20 minutes and charged a modest rate. I will always go to them first from here on out. Great service and great response time.”

“I’ve been using Progressive for years and have always had great experiences and customer service. They have replaced my water heater, installed two new A/C units, installed light fixtures and upgraded some old plumbing fixtures. The regular maintenance they perform on my HVAC units in the spring and fall have kept them in perfect running order and have prolonged the longevity way past the manufacturers expected lifespan. The city inspector was so impressed by the installation on the gas pack he used Progressive to install his new HVAC system. I used to get multiple quotes for heating, electric and plumbing services or repairs but not anymore. Progressive has always had the most competitive prices and fantastic service. I highly recommend them.”

“This was the second time I've needed plumbing services in 2 years and each time this firm exceeds my expectations. Last year my old sump pump finally failed so I called Ridge and they responded very promptly. They gave me a very reasonable quote before they came out and adhered to this fair price , especially for the the work and time they invested. This is a father-son business and they treated me like family too.. Besides the pump and back up, they checked my other ejector pump in the basement and explained how each worked and basic maintenance. This weekend, the basement toilet didn't flush and the cause was a malfunction to the ejector pump which had overflowed a little. I discovered this Friday night about 8 pm while we were getting the house ready for a large family party on Saturday. With so many people invited, I couldn't easily put an Out of Order sign on the bathroom door. Within 5 minutes of my evening call, the son, Mark, called me back and scheduled an appointment 1st thing Saturday morning . He drained the pump well and replaced the float switch as promised, quickly, and he quoted a very, very reasonable price before he came out. I couldn't have been more pleased, which prompted me to write this review this time, since this service reminded me of their last service call . Now, Ridge Plumbing is my plumbing guys.”
