“Pros: - Very quick application process. I was able to tour/apply/move in in > 1 week. - Property manager was receptive to concerns about fellow tenants. She took commensurate action in a timely manner. - Reasonably priced rentals. - Property manager worked with/around personal circumstances. Cons: - Maintenance could be better. Some of it was likely a byproduct of understaffing. However, the remaining shortcomings were the result of maintenance personnel simply not following up on unfinished work.”

“We hired Brian Jamison to sell our home of 27 years in Nov 2021 because Brian had successfully sold a piece of property (empty lot) we owned in 2019 and had been trying (unsuccessfully) to sell for 3+ years with a different broker. Within a matter of weeks the property sold for our asking price. With regard to the sell of our home, Brian was amazing. He never pressured us to do anything we didn’t want to do (I.e., sell early, price to high or low, etc.), he kept us informed about the Market, comps, buyer interest. We took our time preparing the house with no pressure, and when we were finally ready he posted the house on the MLS and had interest the same day. We even had our first offer the next day. We did wait to accept any offers until after the open house and got 3 offers for more the our asking price. We accepted an offer that was 4.2+ over the asking price and in less then a week after putting it on the market. I’d hire Brian again In a minute if I needed to sell a home. He’s a real go-getter.”

“Recently signed my second year lease and want to share important info with those considering. I definitely wasn't paid to review, the opposite actually since my rent went up $35 per month on this renewal. PROS: I have a beautiful patio view when the trees are in bloom and in fall when the trees change. Lots of birds chirping, squirrels and wildlife which I like. Close to DHL, Amazon and airport. Maintenance is fantastic, quick to resolve my issues and respectful. Washer and dryers in unit for rent is convenient ($50 per month) Dumpsters are always empty, pickups daily and the property is clean. The property is well taken care of by gardeners cutting grass and trimming trees weekly. Gym, though small is 24 hours and usually empty. My downstairs neighbors are nice and the community is quiet. My amazon packages have sat for a week at my door and no ones taken them. Very safe. Raffles and food trucks at the office in summer and a great firepit I've used a few times. Pool is nice. CONS: No bonus for being a new tenant, very large security deposit and a rent increase for those who stay. I can hear my above neighbors every cough, every flush, hard footstep and speakerphone conversation. His air-conditioning runs constantly, which wouldn't be an issue if his a/c unit wasn't 12 inches to the left of my patio. My fridge is yellow and my stove is from the 90s. Rent is raised nearly 3% at each renewal. Lastly if you terminate your lease early you'll pay an $800 fee plus your rent every month after you move out, until they lease your apartment.”

“Our family made a trip to Big Rock last night and I have to say that it was truly a magical evening! We were so impressed at how organized this event was. An added plus was the free parking. The lines for food/beverages were short and moved fast. There were lots and lots of fire pits available as well as restrooms. The winter market was so fun with some really unique vendors. We would definitely go back. If you haven’t visited Big Rock yet, you need to add it to your bucket list!!!!”

“My husband and I stayed in Cabin 20 this past weekend and had a fabulous time. The temperature in Big Bear was exceptionally hot, but before we checked in Loraine had gone up to the cabin to ensure all the blinds were closed up and had the window AC unit on ready for our arrival. We enjoyed the close proximity to the Village, and our cabin (being higher up on the hill) even had a peekaboo view of the lake. Definitely recommend choosing Cabin 20 since it is up higher than the rest and thus provides a little more privacy. The in-cabin jacuzzi is a huge bonus! The cabin also has a fireplace with complimentary wood that they provide—it was a little too warm this weekend for us to use, but would be a great amenity for the wintertime! We’re looking forward to coming back.”
