“Sandra sorry to hear your parents had an issue but after speaking to them i told not to ever wait till office is open please call the Redbird number and leave a message with lot # and the problem no matter how far i am i will get them to it to get fixed and also leave a call back number , the problem was fixed already and we are doing clean up i have never heard from them on an electrical problem so not sure what happen there , But please feel free to call with any issues and i will try my best to resolve right away.”

“Nice clean RV resort, nice amenities. A little strict with rules...we got reprimanded for driving 10mph when the speed limit was 5mph. Pool hours don't allow kids after 8pm. A lot of long term residents. Quiet. There was a stray puppy loose the first night and day but otherwise dogs are leashed. No recycling available. Very nice pool and hot tub, pool table, free popcorn. Would stay again!”

“Mike came out after Discount Mobile RV repair charged me 75.00 for a service call and then told me Shane who had more experience would be calling to come out and fix my fuel pump. He came out I went and got the parts he put my fuel pump on it cranks right up. I paid him the 300.00 he left I pulled up to gas pump and put 30.00 worth of gas on the ground. I called and texted with no response from Shane so I called Kenny who was the person hired to complete the work he said that Shane doesn't work for him so he wasn't responsible. I am so happy with Mike he even followed me to the gas station to make sure the work was completed properly. I will let everyone know how awesome you are and send all my work your way.”

“Great facilities and excellent staff. Had to make a last minute reservation online so didn't get the exact type of lot I wanted. When I got there they took care of me right away and got me the lot I needed and saved me some money! Staff was super friendly and took me to my sight and made sure I was all set. Walking trail is great and lots of great ponds for fishing. Well maintained and very clean! Will be back here two more times this summer and excited to head back!”

“We are full time RV'ers and we have lived in many RV parks. This is by far one of the best RV parks we have stayed in. The staff is super friendly and if you like activities there are plenty to be had. It is primarily for adults but we had our two year old son who was loved and accepted by all. It was like he had tons of grandmothers who liked to talk with him and even offered to babysit if we needed a sitter. The campers we awesome people who were friendly and even suggested we stayed at their home in Michigan when we went to our friends wedding. There are a couple of ponds there with lots of bass so the fishing was great though you have to catch and release it was still a great stress reliever to be able to catch some small to large fish every day after work. There are nice showers and bathrooms, an ice machine, soda machines and a club house where the activities and pot luck dinners were held. You cannot beat the price. For Jan-April it was $320.00 plus electricity and our bill was never over $50.00. We were sad to say goodbye to the friends we made there and hope someday to return and see Patty and the rest once again.”

“I was the real estate agent in the park for four years. And I have sold in many parks but this park is the whole package. It’s clean all the residents work together and would do anything for a neighbor. They have two club houses, two heated pools, fishing pier, miniature golf, shuffle board, tennis, plus much more. It is true that they have a pet section. I have a small dog and love all animals but people sometimes forget that some people are allergic to animals. Also the lots are not huge so if you have large animals I would try buying not in a park but somewhere they could run. Most of the people who gave just one and two stars have never been in the park.ive always told all my buyers best way to find out what kind of park it is ask the people who live there. Also Oakwood Estates is very financial secure. Which a lot of resident owned parks are not! My advise do your home work before purchasing any home. Reta stead southern belle realty”
