“This open field is a great place to get out and have some fun. With 2 big pavilion and multiple picnic tables there's room for for all. Hike around the field or pick up the connecting trail to the Summit County Bike and Hike Trail. Restrooms on site. Today I headed south on the bike trail. This bike trail is completely flat no hills great for any activity you wish. One thing to remember that from the park you will be going on the bike trail through high tension wires on both sides. There is no shade for roughly 2½ miles. It then goes through Woods on either side of the trail. You can take this Trail all the way down to Brandywine Falls.”

“The park is open spaced with at least 4 benches. An area for kids to play toddler to 12. Older kids may be bored without a bike or skateboard. Neighborhood is very nicely kept homes all around, peaceful”

“The pier is very nice with some restaurants and plenty of seating area. It is very nice at sunset and I'm sure sunrise as well. Plenty of parking I didn't have any issues with parking. For about 4 hours expect $10 and it's to go up from there. But at least for 4 hours you can get $10 parking. There are plenty of vendors over there as well. I also love that you can get a cocktail on the pier. It is really nice. I would highly recommend visiting”

“Great big dog park, perfect for taking a walk on the trails and letting your dog(s) off leash and follow along. Dogs here tend to be well behaved and their people nice. Would avoid this one if your dog doesn't have good recall- it's all fenced in but HUGE so you'd struggle getting them back. The place is well maintained and all in all a great place to go with your dogs.”

“We were in the middle of a rough move and needed to board our pups for a few days. This is usually a very frustrating situation because it seems like every boarding facility these days is "cage free" and my dogs do not play well with others. However, Funny Faces was so easy to work with. They have staff right at the front door, ready to take your dog when you walk in, so you're not fighting a leash and filling out paperwork. Brilliant! They kept my dogs together, and away from other pups. No incidents, happy and tired dogs when I picked them up. And they helped me to the car. Best boarding facility ever.”

“A nice, new little park. You can walk around the perimeter, there's a playground area and 2 gazebos. Also bathrooms. The only drawback is there's not much shade because most of the trees are young and small.”

“So much for kids to do I love how it has three sections for three different age groups I can bring both of my girls and my nephew and they all have fun because each section is designed for them love it and my nephew plays baseball there too”

“Perfect park for families, exercise , fishing, pic nicking, bird watching. There’s even a swing set and a porta John. Nice walking paths and trails for all ages. There’s a place for the kids to do a craft while you sit and take a break. This is sponsored by the beaver county library system. It’s definitely a place to try and visit.h”

“I hiked the Osceola loop through this area. They have done a nice job of removing the buckthorn from some areas allowing you views through the woods. The trail has a few signature points, a portion along a rock outcropping, a small portion on the bluff with a pretty limited view of the river this time of year. I saw a few spur trails that seemed to lead along the ridges of a few bluffs. I probably would have given this 3 stars until I walked through a sea of trout lilies, although none of them were in bloom.”

“I wanted to take a picture to compare the little kids park to the big Park and comparison to my 7 year old! So stinking cute! It's never packed anytime I come there is a soccer field as well as a baseball field there's plenty of climbing structures as well as benches and barbecues. They have swing at both parks, and lots of sand to dig. The bathrooms are as to be expected for a park restroom a little on the dirty side but I always bring it sanitizer wipes when I come to the park! Kids had fun”

“This is a great little park. There's an amphitheater where they have concerts and it's layout is very conducive to do many activities. There is one young guy that unfortunately needs a partner at about 6:30 a.m. every morning to play tennis with. It was sad to watch him just hit the ball by himself. Word on the street is that there is going to be new pickle the courts made here in the very near future.”

“One of the best spot to catch sunsets in this area and is very peaceful. This park is clean, has all the important amenities, beautiful seatings for couples and groups, fully marked beach, beach shower, connected to trails, ramp lake access, party hut for large gatherings, has one boat parking and general parking area, good for launching boats, volleyball, tennis and other courts are near by. Have seen lot of people do come for ice fishing too. Note- No boat/kayak rental, no big washroom, no splash pad.”

“The Resurrection pass trail is very well maintained along the roughly 4.25 miles from the Cooper Landing trailhead to this forest service campground. There is a metal bear box about the size of a typical cooler which was really convenient for food storage. The campground has a few spots to put tents spread out through the area. There were a lot of spots we passed up because of roots or slope. The campground is elevated on the bank of Juneau Creek, just upstream from the waterfall so you can sleep listening to the rushing water. There is a good spot to get water from the creek just a few yards away. There is an open air pit style toilet / seat with a nice view of a mountain.”
