“The camps is in Tree Top Park. They run the camp for more than 20 years. It's the best place in town: they keep the kids busy whole day and no electronics allow.”

“A rugged hike, so start early! Amazing views! We hiked to Bridal Wreath Falls which was about 3 miles in and out. The falls were a trickle, but still worth the hike.”

“Nice medium sized fully fenced dog park. Well maintained, partially paved/wheelchair accessible and friendly people. Two sections: main park and small/timid dog section. Both double gated entry. Multiple garage bins on site at entry points and one additional in larger section. Free bags available at entry points. Several wood benches and a ton of plastic chairs throughout. Terrain at the larger section/main park is paved 4 foot wide path for one long stretch then as the path goes around the perimeter it changes to natural dirt/pebble approximately 3 ft wide. There is a large grassy hill in the middle that dogs love to run up and down. Pond/wooded are is fenced off fully (drainage pond). Pine trees along the perimeter. Paved parking lot with accessible spots. Does not appear that are any bathrooms on site. One lap around the main park is approximately 0.2 miles.”

“A scenic roadway enjoyed on foot, bike or car. Perhaps the only place in Seattle where you can travel for miles without a stoplight or the hustle bustle of a busy freeway. All this thanks to the nationally famous Ohlmsted park design team and some bold visionary planners in Seattle a century ago.”

“Today was beautiful. You do have to pay $7 to get into the park, but it's totally worth it. It's beautiful and family friendly. Slate hike is very kid friendly. And the park by the trails is so fun. Go look inside the museum. Its fun, my kids loved it. Also, you can use a horse on the trail. I think it's $25 per person.”

“Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Fantastic programs, so many hands-on and accessible educational opportunities at this place. I have been taking my daughter there since she was a toddler, and have invited so many new friends to experience it. The boardwalk is well maintained, and you can tell they really value the area and their commitment to educating the community. Not to mention, tons of wildlife! Highly recommend it!”

“A beautiful little park set along the turbulent coastline of Palos Verdes. Squirrels are everywhere, make sure NOT to feed them! Otherwise the views are quiet and relaxing, and it's free to park there for the first 30 minutes ($6 from 30 min to 2 hrs). Worth it for a nice little picnic lunch during a stressful day. :)”
